The intensity of the programme along with the multi-faceted approach makes for a rapid learning curve in an effort to make optimal use of the learning window available to each child.

All skills are taught with high-interest and high-impact activities that are specifically designed for each child and conducted at the right intensity and frequency based on each child’s changing profile of skills and needs.
We use an eclectic mix of approaches in order to find the best fit for each child. We may use a single approach or a combination of approaches in order to bring about the best results. Most importantly, we are flexible about the various therapeutic methods to teach children with special learning challenges and constantly modify and adapt each method to accommodate each child’s particular personality, family and community situation.

In this full-day format, each child receives regular small group intervention in each kind of therapy, based on his/her level of need in each area assessed by the therapists. There is an emphasis on social language and emotional development, creative arts and play skills along with social eating and functional life skills in our special Extended Education Program. |

The number of students in each format and group varies according to what we think is the optimal number for each child to cope with successfully and is also dependent on group dynamics. Thus, in each format, there will be times when a child is in a small group of 2-3 children, or up to 6 children at a time. It all depends on each child's level of readiness and the target areas of skill development.
